Emily in Paris Gets Season 3 Release Date (and Bangs!) in Teaser Video
Emily in Paris is having a crisis of bangs, in more ways than one, in a newly released teaser for Season 3.
The Netflix comedy returns Wednesday, Dec. 21, it was announced Saturday at Netflix’s Tudum global fan event, during which the streamer also unveiled the first footage from the third season.

“One year after moving from Chicago to Paris for her dream job, Emily finds herself at a crucial crossroads in every aspect of her life,” reads the official synopsis. “Faced with two very different paths, Emily will have to decide exactly where her loyalties lie — at work and in her romantic life — and what those decisions mean for her future in France, all while continuing to immerse herself in the adventures and surprising twists and turns that life in Paris provides.”
When viewers last saw Lily Collins’ titular heroine, her boyfriend Alfie (newly promoted series regular Lucien Laviscount) had told her that he wants to give a long-distance relationship a try when he goes back to London. But Emily was also on the cusp of confessing to Gabriel — with whom she slept in Season 1 — that she loves him when she learned that he and his ex Cami had reunited. And by the looks of the above teaser, Emily is going to be as conflicted as ever about the men in her life, which drives her to make a drastic move with her hair.
“They’re just bangs! OK, sometimes people cut bangs when everything’s fine!” Emily exclaims when Gabriel asks if she’s OK.
