Is anyone else feeling like they're in a fashion frump rn? The end of July mid-season sales are always a confusing time to shop. An annual debate between making the most of the spring summer bargains, snapping up discounted summer dresses and bikini sets knowing there's still two months of sunshine to get enough wear out of any new wardrobe additions, or saving your hard-earned pennies for the new season trends that are about to flood the high street.
This year, however, with a discernible lack of summer weather, we've struggled more so than usual. Yep, we're seriously fed up with this sartorial stalemate. Luckily, Emily Ratajkowski is here to provide a much-needed dose of style inspo.
Taking to Instagram, the model, actress and author shared a lil photo dump, with the opening slide in her latest post catching our eye. A snap of EmRata sat in the back of a car wearing *that* pink striped halterneck top.

And as cute as it is, that's not the only reason we took notice. We knew we'd seen EmRata in the top before, while out walking her dog in New York a week prior.
Emily's dog walking outfits are notorious. Far from the leggings and trainers we opt for on our lunchtime ambles, EmRata has been known to rep everything from naked dresses to six-inch heels. On this occasion, she lent a casual twist to her ensemble, pairing the halterneck top with maroon ruched fold-over waist jersey flared trousers and fashion trainers that nailed the gorpcore trend.
