EU-Design Is Seeking A Fashion Intern To Start Immediately In New York, NY (Paid Internship)
EU-Design is a direct fashion trim manufacturer specializing in the production of buttons, metal hardware, accessories, and tapes. We support clients across industries including fashion, jewelry, home goods, uniforms, and more. Our manufacturing sites are located in China, Italy, India, Bangladesh, and Vietnam.

We are seeking an intern fashion support coordinator. The role starts immediately and runs through year-end 2024.
Responsibilities:
Assist the team in daily tasks including but not limited to:
- Organizing buttons, trim, and packaging samples
- Make internal color cards to send to clients
- Inventory internal color stocks, communicate low stock to manager to re-order with oversea office
- Curating selection of trims as per client’s request either physical or digital (preferably have a keen sense of each client’s main aesthetics to find options best suitable for clients)
- Product data entry, filing, and archive organization.
- Invoicing, shipment management, and preparing light shipments and dropping off to courier or clients location (in midtown vicinity)
- Email correspondences with oversea offices
- Social media savvy - post & update on Instagram and LinkedIn
You will learn the apparel and production lifecycle within the fashion industry.
Skills and Requirements:
- Part time 2-3 days a week, Mon~Friday 9am-6pm (flexible hours) – approx. 16-20 hours/wk
- Be able to commit to the internship duration from now – Dec’24
- Candidate must be very focused, organized, and above all have strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to multitask, work efficiently independently and work well in a fast paced environment.
- Must have knowledge of Excel, Word, and Mac Applications.
- Preferred knowledge of Illustrator or Photoshop
- Ideal for students currently studying Fashion Merchandising, Production, Product Development.
- Available to start immediately
