If you’re trying to be a little kinder to the earth, Everlane’s newest release might be for you.
Just in time for Earth Day, the popular ethical, sustainable brand has just introduced a line of certified organic cotton tees that you’ll be reaching for as the weather warms up.
“The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certification takes over a year to account for every step of production—from the processing of certified organic fire into yarn, to the dyehouses, mills, factories, and printers,” says the Everlane website. “Certified organic means no toxic pesticides, healthier soil, cleaner water, and safer workers. So we’re committing to move all of our cotton to organic by 2023.”
