Everything to Stream on Netflix This September

2020 hasn’t really gone according to plan for anyone, but, thankfully, Netflix is here to bring us some small measure of nostalgia-induced joy with its September 2020 arrivals.

Back in the ‘90s, there was a time in which you planned your entire day around the primetime cable television lineup. Gathering around the TV to ensure you didn’t miss a second of the sitcom action was a ‘90s rite of passage, and Netflix is putting their spin on it with the streaming debut of a number of once-popular UPN series. Starting Sept. 1, you can enjoy the arrival of Sister Sister, a sitcom starring Tia and Tamera Mowery as identical twin sisters that were separated at birth, but then reunited after a chance meeting at a mall.

The fun doesn’t end there, though, as Netflix will then welcome a number of additional UPN titles throughout the month. Other former primetime darlings available for streaming include Moesha (arriving Sept. 1), starring the Brandy Norwood, and Girlfriends, featuring the inimitable Tracee Ellis Ross, streaming on Sept. 11.

Along with old favorites, Netflix welcomes modern-day feature films, including the premiere of The Devil All The Time, a drama starring Tom Holland and Robert Pattinson, streaming on on Sept. 16, and the arrival of Magic Mike, the raunchy comedy starring Channing Tatum as a stripper, premiering on Sept. 1.

Leave some time in your viewing schedule for a final viewing of some other fan-faves, including Once Upon A Time, which will leave Netflix on Sept. 5. At the end of the month, multiple films, including A Knight’s Tale, Frances Ha, and Dear John are also leaving the streaming platform.

Below, check out the complete list of Netflix arrivals and departures for September 2020.

As the pair begin working on Nick’s case, the romantic sparks begin to fly between the lawyer and her client.
