It's official: Fenty Hair by Rihanna is coming soon
First came Fenty make-up. Then came Fenty Skin – and fragrance. Now, Rihanna is coming for your hair... It's official: Fenty Hair, a line of haircare products and tools, is launching on 13 June.
While news of the new range has been circulating for a while, the singer shared a video on Instagram – in which she can be seen sporting a chic blonde crop with a soft fringe – confirming that the launch was imminent.
"A new family is moving in!" she wrote. "@fentyhair is pullin' up and it’s time to finally have the hair experience you’ve been waiting for.
She continued: "You know how much switching my hair up matters to me. I’ve had almost every texture, colour, length – from weaves to braids to natural – so I am launching a flexible line of products for not only every hair want, but every single product is designed to strengthen and repair all types of hair, which is what we truly need! It’s time to play and get stronger by the style."
According to legal documents filed in March 2021, the trademark for Fenty Hair covers everything from styling, straightening, relaxing and waving products, as well as hair colour and even hair glitter.
The news of Fenty Hair cements Rihanna's position as a titan in the beauty industry; her Fenty Beauty and Fenty Skin brands have been a massive success since launch. She most recently celebrated the release of her new Soft'Lit luminous longwear foundation.
The singer and mogul also operates a lingerie and intimates brand called Savage x Fenty, which was launched with TechStyle Fashion Group back in 2018, as well as a line of Fenty sneakers with Puma.
