Fitness blogger's before and after baby shots will seriously shock you

“Taken less than two months apart,” reads the caption on fitness blogger Tammy Hembrow’s recent Instagram post.

The new mom shared the side-by-side images of herself heavily pregnant and post-baby to show just how “incredible” the human body is and what your body can do if you give it the right amount of “love, exercise and nutrition it deserves.”

“Every body is different, and you should never compare yourself to others. But if you give your body the love, exercise, and nutrition it deserves, you will reap the rewards.”

The mother of two has been documenting her body’s transformation ever since the day she got home from the hospital. An earlier post shows off how much her body transformed just three weeks after coming home.

“I’m not allowed to work out yet but I’ve been eating clean and I trained throughout my entire pregnancy except for the last couple of weeks as I had some complications,” she explains.

While she admits to losing a ton of muscle during her pregnancy, she’s happy with how her body has managed to fare on mostly a healthy diet alone.

“So many women think you can’t get your body back after pregnancy but this just isn’t true. I can’t wait to start training again in a few weeks and get my body into the best shape it’s ever been in.”
