The fare sale ends February 6.
Travelers have new destination options for spring and summer vacations.
Frontier Airlines recently announced new services that include Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, as well as Tampa and Las Vegas. The discount carrier is launching new flight routes ahead of the busy summer travel season. Best of all, the airline is celebrating the new routes with one-way introduction fares that start at just $29.
The airline will launch new service four times a week to Tampa International Airport (TPA) from Charlotte, NC (CLT) starting on May 2, 2025. Travelers can purchase introductory fares starting at just $29.
Frontier will also operate a weekly route between Punta Cana (PUJ) and Cincinnati, OH (CVG) starting on May 17, 2025. Travelers can purchase introductory fare tickets starting at $99.
The final new route addition is between Washington, D.C. (IAD - Dulles) and Las Vegas, NV (LAS), starting on May 1, 2025. The introductory fares start at $69.
All of the introductory fares must be purchased by 11:59pm EST on February 6, 2025. Frontier also explained there are several limited dates for the discounts, and that one-way purchases are acceptable.
“The addition of these new routes is part of our mission to offer consumers affordable, convenient flight options to a wide variety of destinations throughout the U.S., Caribbean and beyond,” Frontier’s Vice President of Network and Operations Design Josh Flyr shared in a statement to Travel + Leisure.
Each of the new Frontier routes serve as popular spring break or summer getaway destinations. Punta Cana is known for its family friendly all-inclusive resorts, such as the newly opened Zel from Meliá Hotels International. Tampa, FL has been recognized as a luxury hotel destination, with the newly opened Edition, which is part of Marriott’s portfolio.
Las Vegas has evolved beyond a gambler’s paradise to high-end dining, luxury shopping, and hiking opportunities. The city is also home to luxury hotels, and T+L readers recently voted Waldorf Astoria, Wynn, Encore, and Four Seasons as some of the top hotels.
