Hailey Bieber Has Apologized After a Restaurant Hostess Said She Was "Not Nice"

Hailey Bieber is apologizing after a New York City restaurant host claimed to have had less than pleasant experiences with her.

In now-viral TikTok videos, Julia Carolan, who said she has worked at a number of popular Manhattan restaurants, rated her experiences with celebrities she's come across on the job. Kylie Jenner, for example, got a 2/10 for allegedly tipping $20 on a $500 bill. ("These are just my personal experiences, pls take with a grain of salt," she cautioned.)

When it came to Bieber, she said, "This is gonna be controversial. I’ve met her a handful of times and every time she was not nice. I really wanna like her, but I have to give her a 3.5 out of 10. Sorry."

Bieber later commented on the video, writing, "Just came across this video, and wanted to say sorry if I’ve ever given you bad vibes or a bad attitude. That’s not ever my intention!"

"Hate hearing that was your experience with me but glad u called me out so I can do better!!" she added in a another comment. "Hopefully we meet again so I can apologize in person."

In response, Carolan wrote, "Hi Hailey! We love an accountability queen thanks sm for taking the time to apologize - I hope we can meet again one day and start over. x."

In her videos, Carolan also discussed her experience with Kendall Jenner, of whom she said, "This is another one where I unfortunately did not have the best experience with them. She used to come in all the time and was pretty cold towards staff. She also usually had someone speak for her and didn't speak directly to staff. I'm going to give her the benefit of the doubt and say she's just shy."

Of Gigi and Bella Hadid, however, she said, "These two are literally so nice, I cannot say enough things about them. They're super polite and friendly with staff, which unfortunately is rare for celebrities."
