While many of them have taken to social media to share how they’re coping with social distancing-induced boredom by recording “inspirational” videos or cold calling their famous friends, Halle Berry is letting fans in on some of her tried and true beauty secrets.
Recently, for the latest instalment of her #FitnessFriday series, Berry took the time to instead share some of her self-care tips online. In an almost six-minute video shared to Instagram, the star talked through her facial routine, encouraging fans to practice some self-love during these challenging times.
“Today, I’m doing something I’ve never really done before, especially for you - I’ll be sharing my four-step at-home facial routine, live from my house,” the 53-year-old actress wrote. “Hope that y’all can participate and really enjoy that extra time to comfort and pamper yourself. You absolutely deserve it.”
In the video, Berry breaks down her four-step facial regimen: cleanse, exfoliate, mask and moisturize.
The “Catwoman” actress begins the facial by vigorously massaging her skin with cleanser, noting that “it’s good if you rub in upward motions - this is going to serve you well as the years go by.”
