Halle Berry Shines in Sequins on the Chrysalis Purple Carpet
At this weekend’s Chrysalis Butterfly Ball, Halle Berry, among many stars in attendance, sparkled quite appropriately. The annual charity ball plays host to entertainment, business, and philanthropy notables and attendees all walk the event’s purple carpet in typical Hollywood style.
Berry herself stepped out in a stunning silver sequined dress with an accompanying metallic coat for the festivities. The dress, from Gosia Baczynska’s fall 2016 line, sports the Polish designer’s signature sheen, sequins, and lace.

The Chrysalis organization is a Los Angeles based nonprofit organization that provides programs and services for the homeless and those living under poverty. Every year the Chrysalis Butterfly Ball honors a particular individual who has made a difference in their efforts. One of this year’s honoreeswas the entertainer Common, who just happened to pull Halle Berry onto the stage to serenade during the event’s performance. Guess he liked the dress, too.
