Turns out that old adage “you are what you eat” may hold more truth than you think! The shape of the food that you eat may hold clues to the health benefits it possesses.

For example, walnuts, which look like brains (wrinkled with two halves), are rich in omega-3 fatty acids and are great for brain health. Also, bunches of grapes that resemble the bunches of air sacs in our lungs are a good source of antioxidants and can reduce the risk of lung cancer.
