Hilaria Baldwin is "slowly" getting back into working out after giving birth to her seventh child.

On Monday, the 38-year-old shared a video with her more than 985,000 Instagram followers demonstrating an ab exercise that she has been using to "slowly" rebuild her core. It's been less than a month since Baldwin gave birth to her daughter, Ilaria, whom she shares with her husband, Alec Baldwin.

"Slowly working on my core," Baldwin captioned the video of herself planking in a wide-leg denim jumpsuit.

She explained that after pregnancy, she likes to "reintroduce" ab exercises into her routine to help prevent her abdomen from splitting.

"I like reintroducing abs into my routine with these exercises because they encourage pulling the rectus abdomen together from the pelvic floor, rather than splitting apart in more superficially targeting workouts," she penned.

"I do 10-20 of the running forearm planks, then 5-10 lifting my hips up. Collapse like me, or stretch at the end (that would be better)," the yoga instructor shared.

Fans were quick to applaud Baldwin for getting back into shape so quickly after welcoming her daughter.

"Wait, what? Didn't you just have a baby like 6 hours ago? Where's your baby belly? Absolutely amazing. I'm going to do these ab exercises starting tomorrow! Thank you," someone commented.

Another Instagram user wrote: "Amazing how quickly you always get back in shape."

"You are not human," added another.

"You are a superwoman. You have time for everything — your children, your husband, and you," a fan pointed out, while another commented, "Hilaria, you are a genius!"

In August, amid the final weeks of her pregnancy, Baldwin put her baby bump on display with another impressive fitness maneuver. The mother-of-seven recorded a video of herself getting into the upside-down position and holding it for several moments, wearing a fitted beige dress.

"Taking some pressure off my tailbone," she captioned the clip via Instagram. "Put the kids to bed in the middle of this video (when the light changes — cut it together). I do short little headstands. Just enough to relieve my back."

Fans commended the brunette beauty for maintaining her fitness routine during her pregnancy.

"I am so beyond impressed!" one Instagram user commented, while another added, "You are amazing!"

"OK, we are the same gestation and there is no way I could do this let alone get off the couch without groaning. You’re amazing," someone else shared.
