Kaitlyn Bristowe is bringing fans on her journey to self-discovery.

The former "Bachelorette" star, 38, shared an Instagram reel on Tuesday with candid footage of her recent visit to Italy, that was far more than just picturesque travel moments and delicious pasta.

Bristowe paired her video with a powerful reflection about "personal growth."

The "Off The Vine" podcast host began by reminding her followers that feeling a wide range of human emotions "all in the same day" is valid — and no one else's business.

"It's no one's biz which mood I'm in or which mood I post," she added before sharing another important takeaway from her travels.

"Travel can lead to self-discovery and personal growth. It allows you to explore your interests, passions, and small wins, which ultimately leads to a deeper understanding of yourself," Bristowe shared.

She pointed out that sometimes "comparison" and "inspiration" are confused.

"Sometimes I see other people doing things I want to do, and I compare my life to it, when really I'm just inspired by it and want the same things! And that's cool! Just a different perspective to take," she penned.

The Canadian reality TV star also noted that by prioritizing herself, she might be inspiring others to do the same.

"When you take the time to do something for yourself, you become an inspiration to others," she wrote. "Your actions can encourage those around you to prioritize their own well-being and pursue their passions. Or piss them off. But that's on them not you."

Bristowe's message comes shortly after receiving criticism from body-shamers for looking "too thin" in a recent carousel of photos taken amid her visit to Milan, Italy.

In the snaps, the Alberta-native enjoyed a night out in a black cross-wrap halter top and oversized black trousers.

"Almost unrecognizable," one Instagram user commented, while another added, "Looks like she's getting thinner."

"I sure hope she is not taking drugs. First picture seems to look that way," one person shared.

"Praying for you! You don’t look well," wrote another.

"Maybe she is losing weight from dealing with stress," an Instagram user chimed in.

Luckily, Bristowe's "real fans" rushed to her defence.

"F—- anyone saying you look too thin. Ignore the haters," one person said. "You look stunning no matter what. Your real fans just hope you're healthy and happy — that's all that matters."

"You look incredible. We don't subscribe to hate," a fan weighed in, while another added, "The trolls are trolling but girl, you're still glowing."
