Kaitlyn Bristowe is reminding fans that beauty is only skin-deep.

On Sunday, the Canadian "Bachelorette" co-host took to Instagram with a powerful message for her more than 1.9 million followers about self-love.

The 37-year-old "Off The Vine" podcast host shared a makeup-free Instagram Reel of herself posing with the words "fake, too skinny, plastic," and "old" written over her cheeks, forehead, and chin, set to a slowed-down version of the iconic song, "Respect" by Aretha Franklin.

"I am more than my looks," Bristowe captioned the video, adding that she hopes to remind her fans that their appearance doesn't define their character.

"I hope this reminds you you’re so much more than what people see. You are so much more than your looks. In fact, your looks are the least important thing about you," she wrote.

Bristowe admitted that after her time on "The Bachelor," she found the criticism and commentary on her looks to be overwhelming and hurtful, and has made it a point to find the "inner strength" to ignore the haters.

"When I finished shooting 'The Bachelor' years ago, I was shattered by the words complete strangers were saying about me. And it still happens to this day," she penned.

Bristowe's video was met with warm, supportive comments from fans who praised the reality star for speaking up.

"I love this message and you. You are strong, caring, witty, compassionate, beautiful inside and out, and funny as f——," one Instagram user commented, while another added, "This is so powerful."

"This is wonderful, and I needed it today (and most days)," someone else shared.

"Love this," wrote another. "So powerful. Respect!"

"Thank you for your transparency. Always remember that the negative comments you receive are from people who are projecting their own insecurities and jealousy onto you. It's not you they hate, it's themselves," commented another.

This isn't the first time Bristowe has spoken out about receiving unsolicited criticism online about her looks. In June 2021, after making her anticipated return to the "Bachelor" universe after a six-year hiatus, viewers were quick to single Bristowe out, accusing her of having "too much work done."

She fired back at the comments, letting them know that she had only made subtle changes to her appearance.

"So sick of women commenting on my face. Jesus," she tweeted at the time.

She responded to another tweet, revealing that on top of gaining weight, she has also had lip fillers, a brow lift, teeth bonding and micro-blading since her last television appearance.

"Can anyone tell me what's different about Kaitlyn Bristowe's face? I can't put my finger on it," someone tweeted, to which Bristowe replied: "Six years since I was on the show, brow lift, brow micro-blading, got my teeth bonded, some filler in my lips, aging, darker hair, and I finally learned how to contour. Oh, and I put on some weight."
