Kate Beckinsale shared the fiercest photo on Instagram. The actress posed in a white crop top and skirt along with silver heels and earrings to match. Her cat Clive also made a small appearance by her side in a pink fluffy sweater.

Kate included a pop of color into her look with fun multicolored nails. Her other pictures show her crouched down with both of her cats in the frame and something that looks like a Queen Elizabeth ornament.

Hence why Kate captioned the post, "On our queen sh*t." Queen Elizabeth ornament or not, this photo was definitely giving off royalty, and her abs look phenomenal.

There were plenty of hearts and heart eyes floating in the comment section with one user chiming, "❤️My favourites, LOVE YOU BOTH!!🥰😘." Another added, "HOW PRECIOUS ❤️❤️❤️." And another fan, "😍😍gorgeous from head to toe 😍😍."

There's no doubt Kate looks amazing in her matching set, so how does she stay in such great shape? In 2019, Kate revealed to Women's Health that she usually works out six days a week with her trainer, Brad Siskind, of Gunnar Peterson's gym.

Brad knows just how hard Kate works to get her results too. "She’s a strong person," he told WH. "She rarely misses a workout. If she does, there’s a good reason. Because otherwise, she’s crushing it.” She goes above and beyond with compound exercises that are meant to work two muscle groups at a time.

When she's looking for something less intense but just as fun, she switches to mini trampoline workouts in her kitchen: Kate says the classes she streams through the LEKFit app are "the greatest thing."

As for her diet, Kate's great at packing on the veggies and protein. Her go-tos are chicken or eggs with grass-fed butter. For lunch or dinner, she'll opt for salads with radishes, Brussels sprouts, and safflower oil. And for a good snack, potato chips.
