Stars from the music industry arrived on the red carpet on Wednesday in Los Angeles to attend the Billboard Women in Music Awards.
Hosted by Tracee Ellis Ross, this year’s event saw Katy Perry putting on a fiery red display in her two-piece ensemble, Ellie Goulding channeling ethereal elegance and more.

Katy Perry wore a fiery red corset top with peplum detailing and a matching fitted skirt by Ellie Misner. Her black platform heels were vintage Vivienne Westwood. She was styled by Tatiana Waterford with makeup by Michael Anthony and hair by Rick Henry.
Tracee Ellis Ross
Tracee Ellis Ross donned a colorful cutout dress, featuring hues of black, red, gray and white. Ross accessorized with dangling earrings, a bold bracelet and rings.
Maren Morris
Maren Morris fashioned a Tory Burch dress from the fall 2023 collection with a structured bodice and corset detailing. She accessorized with Black Suede Studio mules. The country singer was styled by Dani Michelle.
Ellie Goulding
Ellie Goulding wore this ethereal white strapless gown by Gaurav Gupta. She accessorized with silver rings and earrings, which complemented the intricate detailing on the bodice of her dress.
Karol G
Karol G wore this dazzling Zuhair Murad dress from the spring 2024 couture collection. The gown featured draping, cutouts and a collar.
First awarded in 2007, the Billboard Women in Music Awards highlights women working in the music industry and the significant contributions they have made to the business as it’s changed over time. Each year, the awards ceremony honors a Woman of the Year. Past recipients include Reba McEntire (2007), Beyoncé (2009), Lady Gaga (2015), SZA (2023) and this year’s recipient Karol G. In 2019, Taylor Swift was honored with the first Woman of the Decade Award.
