New Balance's $39 Kawhi Leonard Board Man Gets Paid shirt is already sold out

Known for his poised, calm presence, Toronto Raptor Kawhi Leonard showed his true “Fun Guy” colours with celebratory locker room champagne showers after the Raptors won their first-ever NBA title.

To celebrate Leonard’s victory for Toronto, New Balance revealed a new billboard “Board Man Gets Titles” in downtown Toronto, following the most recent “The King of the North is Coming” billboard in Oakland.

New Balance first announced Leonard’s exclusive partnership and debuted the OMN1S shoe during All-Star Weekend in February. To coincide with the title win, New Balance also released $39.99 “Board Man Gets Paid” shirts today — complementing the “Fun Guy” shirts from earlier this month — and they’re already sold out completely online, after less than two hours.

And Twitter isn’t happy.

I was on at 1059am updating the page until 11am. Selected my fun guy shirt in black and went to war with the billing section. Came out empty handed. How is this left up to fate new balance?
