The ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ House Hits the Market for $13.5 Million
It’s time for this Los Angeles-area manse to keep up with another family.
The Mediterranean-style digs that served as ground zero for the long-running E! series Keeping Up With the Kardashians, which turned the Kardashian-Jenner clan into reality stars, has just hit the market for $13.5 million, The New York Times reported. The glamorous abode sits in the guard-gated city of Hidden Hills.

Records show matriarch and “momager” Kris Jenner and former Olympian Caitlyn Jenner, who was then her husband and known as Bruce Jenner, paid $4 million for the property in spring 2010. Her son, Rob Kardashian, has been living in the home for the past several years. Built in the late 1990s and recently updated by celebrity designer Ryan Saghian—complete with all-new furnishings that can be purchased for an additional $400,000—the two-story structure has six bedrooms and eight baths in roughly 8,800 square feet.

Introducing the abode is a dramatic double-height foyer displaying a black-and-white checkered marble floor and a sweeping bridal staircase. From there, a fireside living area is lined with tall arched windows and French doors, while the formal dining room connects to a gourmet kitchen boasting dual islands, a black La Cornue range, and a butler’s pantry with a frozen yogurt machine.
The amenities continue with an office and a family room with a wet bar. The posh primary suite, meanwhile, features a fireplace, a private balcony, a separate gym, and a steam shower-equipped bath. Outdoors, the manicured grounds span over an acre and host a pool with a spa and waterfall, an open-air cabana warmed by a fireplace, and several alfresco lounging and entertaining spots. There’s also an attached four-car garage on the premises.
“This home was an integral part of the show,” listing agent Tomer Fridman of Christie’s International Real Estate Southern California told The New York Times. “But it isn’t just a house that was on TV. It’s a home where a family lived their lives, with good times, bad times, kids growing up, and all kinds of evolution.”

Jenner decided to sell the residence because she believes the time has come for another family to make their own memories within its walls. “I’ve shared so many unforgettable memories in this incredible home with my family,” she told the publication, “and I’m excited to see it start a new chapter with its next owners.”
The matriarch, who began filming The Kardashians on Hulu in 2022, has moved on to another residence. She and her daughter Khloe Kardashian currently live in side-by-side homes in Hidden Hills that they purchased a few years ago for $20 million and $17 million, respectively.
