Kelsey McEwen is reflecting on more than a decade of marriage with her husband, Jay.

On Monday, the Canadian meteorologist shared an Instagram reel that featured photos of the pair throughout their relationship, including one from 2007. The video was set to the song "Little Life" by Cordelia, which has gone viral on TikTok and has been used in more than 328,000 videos of people celebrating their day-to-day lives.

McEwen paired the video with a heartfelt caption giving her fans a glimpse into the joys and challenges of marriage and parenting three children, Jack, Mattheus and Charlotte.

"Our life feels like chaos, with three kids and two busy careers. A house with not quite finished renovations, kids in sports and dance and art and gymnastics, us juggling how to parent and chauffeur and chef and coach and mentor," she penned. "Taking care of our own selves, remembering who we are."

The "CTV Your Morning" host explained that between all of their responsibilities, it can be difficult to make time for each other, writing, "There is never quite enough time for us."

Despite the sometimes hectic pace of life, McEwen said she is "so thankful that somehow, we find moments. Often, just minutes in a day, slivers to reconnect in the whirlwind."

McEwen emphasized they make the "choice to keep getting to know each other" so that when their kids have grown up they will still feel a sense of "connection, spark" and "friendship."

"I’m so proud of the work we do, the foundation we’ve made that we can build our dreams on," she concluded.

Fans met McEwen's post with warm messages praising her and Jay's relationship.

"Keep it up! Stay close above all be honest with each other. My wife and I have been married 48 years," one fan shared.

"Time goes by so very quickly and before you know it, it’ll be just the two of you, and you’ll be falling in love all over again," an Instagram user added.

"My wife and I had parents who looked after the two youngsters one weekend a month (Friday night to Sunday night)," one follower wrote. "We were so lucky the have them nearby. They knew what it was like when they first started a family."

Earlier this month, McEwen shared another Instagram Reel giving her followers a glimpse into her life as a mom-of-three. In the video, she can be seen practicing positive self-talk with her two-year-old daughter Charlotte in January 2023 and again in January 2024, documenting her progress.

"The difference a year makes," the TV personality penned in the on-screen text.

McEwen went on to detail the importance of speaking positively about oneself in the caption, writing, "If we speak it, we believe it."

"Daily affirmations make a big difference in my life," McEwen wrote. "But in my kids? The effect is tenfold. I can immediately see how saying, out loud, things like 'I am loved. I love myself. I won't give up' changes their entire view of the task ahead, and how much grace they grant themselves."
