Scandal star Kerry Washington gave birth to her second child just two months ago--but you'd never know it by looking at her now. The fictional fixer looked incredible as ever in her first red carpet appearance since welcoming her newborn son, Caleb Kelechi Asomugha, in early October.

On Thursday evening, Washington attended the Ambassadors for Humanity Gala Benefiting USC Shoah Foundation in Los Angeles with her husband, Nnamdi Asomugha.

The award-winning actress stepped out in style for the event, exuding confidence in a plunging floral-print Philipp Plein minidress, strappy black sandals, and two simple chokers. Washington, 39, complemented her feminine look with a glossy pink lip, a subtle fuchsia shadow, and a plum-colored O.P.I. manicure (in Kerry Blossom), her dark locks slicked back into an elegant ponytail.

We shouldn't be surprised that the mother-of-two looks this amazing after two months of newborn-fueled sleepless nights. I mean, remember the fabulous Brandon Maxwell gown she donned at the Emmys during the height of her pregnancy? Swollen feet and morning sickness have nothing on Kerry.
