Kourtney Kardashian is back on the treadmill as she continues her motherhood journey.

The Poosh founder, 44, documented another workout on her Instagram Story on Saturday, just weeks after giving birth to her and husband Travis Barker's baby boy, Rocky Thirteen, in November.

"Doing the most important job in the world... being a mommy," Kardashian wrote over a clip of her walking on the treadmill. "Keeping my baby alive, on-demand breastfeeding means keeping calories high with lots of nourishing foods."

In the clip, which she soundtracked with a festive Christmas tune, Kardashian also wrote that she's getting back into her workout routine.

"Taking time to slowly ease back into some uphill walks on the treadmill when I can sneak them in, along with my walks outside in the stroller. Be kind to yourself," Kardashian wrote alongside a heart emoji.

The Kardashians star, who shared the first photos of the couple's baby son earlier this week, previously documented her "healing" first day back in the gym on Wednesday. And as she explained at the time, she's “taking it easy."

“7 weeks postpartum: first day in the gym doing 30 minutes walking 3.0 12.0 incline taking it easy, no rush no pressure mamas, your body is healing, it's not a race,” Kardashian wrote on her Instagram Story alongside another black and white video of her walking on a treadmill.

A source previously shared with PEOPLE that Kardashian was "over the moon about her son’s arrival," after her "pregnancy took a stressful turn towards the end."

"She is happy to just be able to snuggle her baby boy now," the source added at the time. "She feels so blessed."

The source also shared that Barker, 48, "keeps being amazing" to his wife and even supplied her with some "healthy food" at the hospital after she gave birth. "He makes sure she has everything that she needs,” the source added. “He is obsessed with their baby boy."
