Kourtney Kardashian is being shamed for wearing a crop top while visiting kids at a school in Bali
The Kardashian siblings took a family trip to Bali in Indonesia where they posted photos of their children, their outfits, and a number of adventures to their Instagrams. But fans and followers aren’t so pleased with one picture that oldest sister Kourtney posted of herself and son Reign visiting children in a local village.
In a slideshow of photos on Kourtney’s page, the 39-year-old is seen meeting a group of kids with her 3-year-old son. She’s wearing a crop top with orange athleisure pants, making for a fashionable ensemble. However, many are arguing that it wasn’t appropriate for the occasion.

“I wish she was more covered up, covered shoulders at least, it’s respectful in this country to do so, or at least that’s what I was asked to do when I was there,” and “I think the kids are wondering why you’re almost nαked,” people commented. Another said, “Visiting a poor village for an impromptu photo shoot in a designer outfit worth enough to feed them for months with your kid is so ‘in’ these days.”
Some fans even suggested that she should have gone in jeans and a T-shirt, although someone argued “they would probably be $5,000.”
Others quickly jumped to Kourtney’s defense, asking “how is this disrespectful?” Instead, they shifted viewers’ focus back on the good that she was doing by visiting the village in the first place.
“At least you went out and spent time with the locals. You have a good heart and you’re doing right by teaching your children the same,” one person pointed out. “I love that [you’re] showing your kids how different people live in other countries,” said another.
Kourtney’s photo visiting children from a village is very different from what sisters Kim and Khloé shared.
