Kristin Cavallari is getting real about staying on top of her well-being.

On Wednesday, the 35-year-old teamed up with best-selling author and former professional athlete Lewis Howes to discuss how to overcome "challenging times."

In episode 1286 of Howes's "The School of Greatness" podcast, Cavallari opened up about the importance of healing, embracing suffering and learning how difficult situations can actually make us stronger.

The "Very Cavallari" star posted a teaser clip from the podcast episode on Instagram, giving listeners a sneak peek of their conversation.

When discussing how to overcome challenges, the television personality said: "At the end of the day, everything works out. So, even in our most challenging times, when we think the world's falling apart, we're always going to be this sad, everything is going to always be horrible, we get through it — and we make it out on the other side. And then we look back and we realize why everything happened."

The mother-of-three also explained that the older we get, the more perspective we have regarding personal growth and development.

"As we get older, life starts to make sense. To me, life has been building blocks, and everything we go through is to get us ready for whatever we're going to experience later on in life," she concluded.

Fans praised the star for opening up about vulnerable situations and expressed their excitement about the podcast episode.

"The only way to get through it is to go through it," commented a follower. "Your words are inspiring and I can't wait to listen to the full version."

"Love this! It's challenging to connect the dots looking forward, but in due time, things will align," added another.

"This is incredibly relatable advice. Trust the process, and everything happens for a reason," someone else said.

"A positive mindset really makes life beautiful," wrote another. "Can't wait to catch this episode."
