As both a shopping editor and a lover of athleisure, I take customer reviews quite seriously. Because, let's be honest, if you're out here spending $100+ on a pair of leggings or running apparel, they need to be next-level comfortable, at the very least.
Therefore, when I see not one, not two, but dozens of reviewers refer to an item of clothing as "perfect," my interest is unsurprisingly piqued.
What is this mysterious piece of athleisure I'm referring to, you ask? Lululemon's very own Cross Chill Jacket. With reviews like "it's absolutely perfect" and "totally worth the investment," scroll down to find out why more than 100 shoppers give this running jacket their five-star seal of approval.

The details
The sleek, figure-hugging jacket is made from the brand's tech RepelShell fabric, which not only offers protection from wind and water but comes brushed with super soft fleece for warmth.
In terms of bells and whistles, this jacket has them all. The Cross Chill Jacket comes with zippered exterior pockets and a hidden phone sleeve, zippered chest and back pockets for all of your essentials, a cinchable hood, and 360-degree reflective details to help keep you visible in early morning and evening runs.
'This jacket is absolutely perfect'
The Cross Chill Jacket has collected more than 120 five-star reviews from Lululemon shoppers, with many calling it the "perfect" lightweight style.
"I absolutely love this jacket," writes one shopper. "It fits perfectly and [I have gotten] nothing but compliments."
It's "more comfortable than I thought it would be," says another. "So soft, easy to move in, and flattering."
"This jacket is absolutely perfect," writes a third shopper. "I was hesitant due to its price but fed up" with other jackets because I was either "getting soaked on my runs with a breathable repellent jacket or not getting wet but having all my heat and sweat trapped."
The shopper says that the jacket "does an amazing job of providing the right amount of warmth, repellency, and moisture-wicking" and is "totally worth the investment!"
While the majority of reviews for the Cross Chill Jacket lean positive, a handful of shoppers mention that while it's a "great running jacket," it fits snug.
"I found it quite narrow through the shoulders and hips," writes one shopper.
It's "great for cold running," but "size up," says another.
Verdict
