Marc Anthony's yacht catches fire and capsizes in Miami: See the dramatic footage

Marc Anthony’s 120-foot yacht caught fire Wednesday night in a Miami marina and capsized, but nobody was injured, says his publicist.

Miami Fire Rescue responded to the massive fire on the megayacht, worth an estimated $7 million, which was moored on Watson Island. It took more than 45 firefighters two hours to control the blaze from boats and the dock. The boat, named Andiamo (meaning “let's go!” in Italian), eventually capsized and appeared to be a total loss.

The good news, however, is that that “everyone is safe,” Anthony’s spokesperson tells Yahoo Entertainment. And the performer, a father of six — including 11-year-old twins Max and Emme with Jennifer Lopez — “was not on board.”

And according to the Miami Fire Rescue, which responded at around 7:30 p.m. and was helped by Miami-Dade Fire Rescue and Miami Beach Fire Rescue, no other boats were damaged.

A reporter from WSVN captured footage of the boat almost fully underwater.

And other photos and videos, posted by Miami Fire Rescue as well as reporters on the scene, showed just how dramatic the whole incident was.

The cause of the fire is still unknown.

Anthony’s boat, which was for sale earlier this year, had five cabins and sleeps 12 people. Amenities included: a jacuzzi, BBQ, satellite TV, wifi and docking stations for multiple jet skis.

Anthony was also known to host his friends on the boat over the years. Here he is “shaking it up” with his “boys,” including DJ Khaled and Kim Kardashian’s BFF Jonathan Cheban. In April, he and 14 models hung out on the boat, according to Page Six.
