Mariah Carey Is “Such a Stage Mom” Chasing Her Twins Around on Stage During Her Concert

Mariah Carey's twins with ex Nick Cannon are already 5 years old, but they'll always be her babies. The Christmas enthusiast had a special treat for the crowd at her holiday concert on Thursday night at N.Y.C.'s Beacon Theater: She introduced her kids to the audience.

Twins Moroccan and Monroe requested to come up on stage, Carey told the crowd, and she figured she'd try something a little different, "because why not?" The powerhouse singer introduced her kiddies as "Roc and Roe," and they ran out excitedly in their holiday best. Monroe looked adorable in a red dress with white tights and pink noise-canceling headphones, while Moroccan rocked a button-up with a bowtie and blue headphones just like his sister's.

Little Monroe appeared shy at first, clinging on to her mom, but quickly warmed up to the crowd. "My name is Roe-Roe," she said into the mic before striking a pose with her mama.

But they didn't stay in one place for long. Before we knew it, the two were off running around the Christmas-themed set. "I'm such a stage mom," Carey joked as she chased them around instead of singing along to her hit. The superstar even got Santa out on stage, who handed presents to the 5-year-olds before throwing some out to the audience.

After Roc and Roe had their fun, it was back to business for Carey, who crammed four outfit changes, countless Christmas hits, three Mariah classics, and special guest R. Kelly into a 90-minute set.
