Mark Wahlberg Strips Down for 4 A.M. Cold Plunge the Morning After Celebrating Christmas with Family
The actor shared his family Christmas card the day before, featuring wife Rhea Durham and their four kids
Fitness doesn't take a holiday in Mark Wahlberg's house.
The Flight Risk actor, 52, showed off his fit physique on Instagram in the early-morning hours of Thursday, Dec. 26, after celebrating Christmas with his family the previous day.
"4 a.m., rain or shine. It's raining outside — we're still going plunge," he told the camera in a video, which appeared to be taken as he exited a locker-room shower wearing a pair of navy-blue shorts, his six-pack abs front and center.
"Nothing like a cold plunge in the rain. @thecoldlife @municipal. 4 am club," Wahlberg wrote in the accompanying caption.

The actor's post came after he had a similar wakeup call on Christmas morning, to pump iron before all the festivities got under way.
"4 am club @municipal #MunicipalPartner," he captioned a video of himself performing bicep curls.
"I love how he doesn't care, he's just pumping them arms," one fan wrote in the comments, while another joked, "And here I am on my second mimosa … Merry Christmas." "Let's get it. Merry Christmas," a third comment read.

Wahlberg, who has been a fan of early-morning workouts for a long time, has previously been candid about the importance of physical fitness in life — especially as it relates to longevity.
"Before, it was about aesthetics when trying to get in shape," the actor told PEOPLE in 2023. "Now, I want to live a long time."
“I encourage everybody, even if you just work out for 10 minutes, you're going to feel better," he added. "We're all very fortunate and blessed. You want to live as long as possible. You want to be able to move, and certainly, you got to do it."
Wahlberg spent Christmas this year surrounded by his family, which includes wife Rhea Durham and their four kids: Ella, 21, Michael, 18, Brendan, 16, and Grace, 14.
"Merry Christmas from my family to yours," he wrote alongside a photo of their 2024 Christmas card on Dec. 25.
