Melissa Grelo is motivating her fans to hit the gym.

On Tuesday, the "CP24 Breakfast" co-host shared an impressive workout video with her Instagram followers of herself demonstrating four exercise circuits.

The Canadian TV personality showcased her dedication to fitness in a stylish grey workout set featuring high waisted leggings and a matching sports bra. She completed the look with a messy bun, a pair of white sneakers and black training gloves.

In her caption, Grelo shared her enthusiasm despite recently skipping out on posting workout videos to social media.

"Haven't posted a workout in a while and many of you are asking for one!" she penned, adding, "Here's this morning's flow. Four circuits of four exercises."

Her commitment to fitness and her followers' requests to share her fitness routine was quickly met with praise in the comment section.

"Amazing!" one Instagram user wrote, while another added, "Thanks, Melissa, for the motivation."

"I'm impressed," someone else chimed in.

"Love these! Always gets me motivated to get up and move!" a fan shared.

One person wrote: "Awesome job, Melissa!"

"Beast mode!" commented another. "Needed to see this today and get motivated to get my butt back in the gym. Thank you."

In April, Grelo shared a video marking the progress of her two-year long fitness journey.

"I've always enjoyed working and moving my body. As a farm kid, it's in my DNA," she wrote. "But, if you've been part of my community here for a while then you know that over the pandemic, my focus shifted from fitness to overall wellness, especially mental health and increasing my healthspan — the length and quality of my life."

Grelo also noted that April marks her second year of working with Canadian transformation expert Suzan Galluzzo.

"At 45, I'm in a better state of mental and physical health than I was 20 years ago," Grelo continued. "No, we can't control everything that life throws at us, but keeping myself fit, keeping my soul fulfilled with friends and family and having as much fun as possible along the way is the blueprint that works for me."
