When it comes to deciding on a name, Rios explains that she and Menase both "love the way Lia sounds" and wanted to "find a name that would be easy to pronounce and share common phonetics across English, Spanish and Turkish."
The actress and creator is best known for her lifestyle and beauty content on TikTok and has openly shared her pregnancy journey on social media. In a TikTok first posted back in August, Rios first revealed that she might be pregnant after feeling "super nauseous" and "tired" following her returned from a trip to Turkey. She later teased in other videos that she took a pregnancy test and confirmed that she was officially expecting her first child on Sept. 2.
"It's all sinking in [that] I'm gonna be a mom," she said in another TikTok from Sept. 2. "It feels crazy that I get to share all of this with you guys because you've been through my entire relationship and journey. From dating my husband, breaking up, getting back together, getting engaged [and] married... now here we are."

Rios has continued to share her usual beauty content mixed in with updates on her pregnancy over the last several months. She tells PEOPLE that while she plans to continue posting her usual content, she's "undecided" on "how much I will incorporate" her daughter into her videos.
"I will continue posting my usual beauty content, but will also try and push a bit more into lifestyle and vlogs," she says. "I'm sure the baby will inspire me to film new styles of content once she is born, but I will see how it goes as I navigate having a newborn."
