Moving? Grab Target Circle Week deals for your new digs, starting at just $11

I'm not waiting for Prime Day to make my new house a home — bedding, cookware and other essentials are already on mega sale.

Moving? Grab Target Circle Week deals for your new digs, starting at just $11

Did you know that summer is the most popular season to move? Nearly 20 million people relocate between May and September in the U.S., according to Allied Van Lines. This year, I'm one of them, and I'm using all the July sales to stock up on must-haves for my new place. While some people are patiently waiting to see what deals Amazon Prime Day brings, I know better. Target Circle Week kicked off on Sunday, and I've already placed two orders. When it comes to home goods and decor, Target has lots that Amazon doesn't offer, so no need to wait until next week to shop.

As exciting as moving is, it's also stressful (and, needless to say, expensive). Free moving boxes are hard to come by, and there's the dreaded decision of when to book movers. (And let's not forget about tipping them!) Coordinating a move is hard enough without worrying whether you're getting good deals on essentials for your new space. Well, fear not: I've created a Target Circle Week shopping list for my own upcoming move, and I'm sharing it with you below.

You'll need to be a Target Circle member to take advantage of many markdowns shown here. It's free to sign up, and once you're in, the price drops will automatically appear in your Target shopping cart. If you're feeling fancy, the paid Target Circle 360 membership is $50 off this week — that's $49, down from $99 — and it includes perks like same-day delivery and early deal access.

Ready to tackle one of the million things on your moving checklist? Here we go!

I've written about my obsession with this marble canister, so it's no shock that I'm buying new ones for every room in the house. I use them to store just about everything — cotton rounds, hair ties, pens and pencils, lip balms and more. They're so versatile, I can't recommend them highly enough.

I'm one of those people who refuses to spend $100-plus on sheets — sorry, not sorry. Instead, I swear by these affordable linens from Target's Threshold brand. I've used them on every bed for years and they hold up well. They're just as comfy as pricier options and easily accommodate my 11-inch-thick mattress. They don't go on sale often, so I'm stocking up while they're 30% off.

Call me corny, but I love a good welcome-mat moment. There's just something about that first step into a home that sets the tone. Target has lots of fun designs on sale, but I'm really digging this floral print that gives lavender-field-in-Provence vibes.

I savor every second I get to spend in bed, so I go out of my way to make it extra cozy. This is my go-to mattress topper. It's super plush and makes my bed feel like cloud-like. Shoppers agree, and one reviewer even raved that it "completely transformed our sleep."

Instead of putting everything in cardboard boxes that I'll inevitably throw out, I'm purchasing a few of these reusable plastic storage bins. Not only can I fill them with sweaters, sheets and more for the move, but I can keep items in the bins once we're settled in. One less thing to unpack — genius, right?

Once this move is finally over, I won't have money left to order takeout or go out to dinner, so new pots and pans it is! I was shocked to find this top-rated nonstick set on sale for less than $50. Shoppers say these pans are easy to clean and that the nonstick coating lives up to its billing.

Do you find yourself lying awake at night, running through the list of things you need to do before the move? Then, when morning comes, you're struggling to stay alert at work? Me too! So follow my lead and snag this cute, compact Keurig while it's 50% off. You'll get a much-needed caffeine fix without having to brew a full pot of coffee.

If you're like me and put off replacing your bath towels until they have holes and stains, no judgment. But let's use our upcoming moves as an opportunity for a fresh start with these soft, luxe bath towels. This set of four is quick-drying and has a chic waffle design. Choose from eight colors.

Moving to a place that doesn't have central air? You're going to need a powerful fan for the dog days of August. This one has a cool misting feature, and both the height and position of the head can be adjusted.

One happy customer commented, "I live in Arizona and it gets really hot and dry here. This fan is super nice to use when I'm grilling, working on my motorcycles or just relaxing in the chairs. It's impressive how much cooler it is to have the mist of water. So much better than a standard fan. I also like that this fan is tall enough so I use it while I'm standing and working."

Serious question: Why are dining chairs so expensive? I live with kids and a dog, so my current chairs are covered in stains. I've been on the hunt for reasonably priced replacements, but they're hard to come by. When I came across this set of four for less than $150, I jumped. It's a great deal, full stop.
