No, Ivanka Trump is not pregnant

On Wednesday, Ivanka Trump posted a photo on Facebook that has her fans seriously confused.

To commemorate her husband Jared Kushner’s birthday, she shared a photo of the two of them with the caption, “Happy birthday, Jared! Thank you for being the most amazing father, husband, and best friend I could have dreamed of. Here’s to you! ” In the image, Trump is pregnant and holding her small baby bump.

So…is she using Jared’s birthday to announce a pregnancy?

Naturally, her followers are freaking out at the prospect of this being a new photo.

“Is she having a baby? Aw…I hope so….only woman I know who can have a baby and look amazing in 72 hrs!” one follower wrote. “Happy bday Jared and by chance Ivanka expecting again? Think she is….” remarked another. “[F]ourth child is coming love you both, God bless you both all the days of your life. Happy Happy Birthday Jared !” wrote a third. “Happy Birthday! thank you for all you do. Ivanka, the way you are holding your tummy, is there anything you want to tell us? Lol,” someone else pried.

Sorry Trump bump lovers, but this photo is old. The hint is in the hashtag. She closed the caption by hashtagging “throwback.” But who reads captions these days?

Of course, there are a few people who read the post fully and are correcting the confused ones, while others might not have read the post but picked up on cues in the pic. “That’s an old picture. Flowers aren’t blooming and short sleeves aren’t being worn this time of year,” one fan pointed out.

This isn’t the first time Trump has tricked people into thinking she’s pregnant. In June 2016, she announced her next “labor of love” in a cheeky video shared on social media.
