Oreo Is Introducing 6 Sweet Treats for 2025, Including Loaded Cookies, Minis Peanut Butter and Golden Cakesters
The brand is marking the start of the new year by launching multiple new products
Oreo is kicking off the new year by launching multiple new flavors of the iconic cookie!
After releasing the limited-edition Oreo Game Day — a signature chocolate cookie with five football-themed embossments — on Dec. 26, 2024, the brand is now set to launch six new sweet treats, including the return of one cookie after more than a decade.
On Friday, Jan. 3, the brand launched Oreo Loaded — made up of their signature cookie packed with original Mega Stuf level creme and bits of cookie pieces — as well as the return of Golden Oreo Cakesters after more than 10 years, with the treat now becoming a permanent addition to the brand's lineup.
"With a twist on the Oreo Golden sandwich cookies, the fan-favorite Oreo Cakesters soft-baked snack is now being offered with creme filling sandwiched between two pillow-y golden snack cakes," a description of the latter read, per a press release obtained by PEOPLE.

Friday also marked the release of the brand's Irish Crème Thins — made up of an original thin cookie filled with Irish Creme flavored crème — as well as Oreo Minis Peanut Butter.
"A snack on the go just got a bit 'nuttier'! Introducing Oreo Minis Peanut Butter – these bite-sized chocolate cookies are filled with smooth peanut butter creme great for sharing and traveling with," the brand said, per the release.
The company is also releasing some frozen treats to mark the start of 2025; Oreo Bites and Oreo Mini Bars.
"Snacking on the go just got a bit cooler! Introducing Oreo Bites — these poppable bites feature a frozen dairy, creme-flavor base, dipped in a delicious Oreo coating that are great for sharing," the brand said of the Bites, which will be available nationwide all year round as of this month.
Oreo added that "a freezer aisle favorite just turned mini!" while describing the brand's Mini Bars; a smaller version of the much-loved frozen bars.
"Introducing Oreo Mini Bars which feature a creme-flavored based packed with Oreo cookie pieces, dipped in delicious coating made from crushed Oreo wafer pieces," the description read, per the release.
As well as the new product launches, Oreo also unveiled its new Oreo Dunk Club, which "allows cookie lovers to stay up-to-date on latest product releases, access exclusive pre-sale events, be the first to know about OMG collaborations and sweepstake giveaways and even help choose future Oreo activations through surveys."

2024 marked a big year for Oreo, which has rolled out multiple new products in recent months — from a team-up with Coca-Cola to a dual-layered holiday cookie with red and green creme filling.
Other recent limited-edition Oreo products include the Mint Chip Oreos, Dirt Cake Oreos and Sour Patch Kids Oreo.

Last month, the brand also officially announced the launch of a new cereal, Oreo Puffs, which is a new spin on Oreo cereal featuring crunchy and chocolatey puffs with some mini marshmallows in the mix.
