13 Compliments Men Love To Hear, And I'm Taking Notes
While it's completely normal to feel happy when you receive a compliment from someone, sometimes someone gives a particular compliment that makes you feel incredibly excited. So when Reddit user u/AlternativeWave1314 asked: "What are compliments guys like to receive?" a lot of people had opinions on the matter. Here's what they had to say below.
1."I was dressed up for an interview a few weeks ago. A guy I see almost every day for work said, 'Damn, you look sharper than a number two pencil.' He had my dumbass grinning for three minutes."
2."'I feel safe around you' and any compliment about wisdom. Looks are also good, but I'm not a fan of 'I like your hair' because of personal experiences. It's a damn shame since my hair really is nice."
3."My wife recently said to me, 'Don’t be so hard on yourself…' I almost immediately burst into tears."

"I got a new job almost two years ago, totally pivoting my career. After several months, my new boss said that to me, and I suddenly felt better than I had in years!"
