Patrick Schwarzenegger Dishes on His 'White Lotus' Nude Scene

HBO's The White Lotus is no stranger to a nude scene. In a rather well-known moment from season 1, Steve Zahn's character, Mark Mossbacher, reveals his swollen testicles. "I didn't even have to do that part," Zahn told The Hollywood Reporter at the time. "It's somebody else wearing a prosthetic. That's about as absurd as it gets, right?" Theo James also used a prosthetic penis in season 2. He told Variety, rather hilariously, that it looked as if it was stolen "off a donkey in the field."

Well, friends, The White Lotus season 3, which debuted on Monday, wastes no time in unclothing one of its main characters. This time, it's Patrick Schwarzenegger's Saxon Ratfliff, who quickly establishes himself as the resident tool of the Thailand-set season. We see the character try (and fail) to hit on several women during the premiere, but that doesn't mean he ends the episode without seeing any action. It's just with... himself.

As Ratliff winds down for the night with his little brother, Lochlan (Sam Nivola) he wonders aloud how he'll masturbate with his sibling in the room. Not to worry! Ratliff simply goes to the bathroom, drops his robe, reveals his bare ass, and closes the door. So, you're surely asking: Considering that The White Lotus used prosthetics and stand-ins for nude scenes in the past, does Schwarzenegger really bare it all?

We recently interviewed Schwarzenegger in advance of season 3, and the answer is yes. "Yes, that's my real butt." he said. "No stand-in. Once I read the script, I knew what was coming, but before that, I didn't."
