"Do The Things I Want To Do By Myself": 19 New Year's Resolution Ideas That Might Just Change Your Life In 2025

If the phrase "new year, new me" rings a bell, you're probably no stranger to setting goals once the ball drops in Times Square. I recently asked the BuzzFeed Community to share their New Year's resolution for 2025. Here's what they had to say in case you need a little inspo for yourself:

1."Continue journaling. I started keeping a journal last Christmas, and I'm so proud that it's now December, and I've kept it up for almost a year! It's been great for my mental health and helped force me into a habit and routine. For around 30 to 40 minutes, I disconnect from all my tech, screens, work, etc., and make myself a cup of tea, sit down, and pour my thoughts onto a page."

2."Be kinder to myself and learn to love myself more."
