Pierce Brosnan and Wife Keely Share a Tender Moment as They Enjoy Dinner in Malibu

The actor and his wife, Keely Shaye Brosnan, were spotted leaving a restaurant all smiles

Pierce Brosnan and his wife are enjoying quality time together.

The James Bond star, 70, and Keely Shaye Brosnan (née Smith), 60, were spotted leaving a Malibu restaurant on Monday, all smiles.

The couple, whose marriage is going 23 years strong, also made for a stylish pair. Brosnan wore a t-shirt and blue dress shirt under a black zip-up coat. His date paired a black blazer and pants with a chic white blouse. They both finished their looks with black sunglasses.

The Malibu coast has been home to Brosnan, his wife and their two sons — Paris and Dylan — for years, although they split their time between California and a property in Hawaii, where Keely is from. In 2018 their Malibu home was among those damaged by the Woolsey fire.

The Irish star has three other children — sons Sean and Christopher and a daughter, Charlotte, who died of ovarian cancer in 2013 — with his late wife Cassandra Harris, who also died of ovarian cancer, in 1991.

His date on the town with Keely follows a recent exhibition of art titled “So Many Dreams” in Palm Desert. “Thank you one and all for attending my exhibition,” Brosnan wrote of his paintings on his Instagram account, posting photos with Keely and other admirers of his work.

Brosnan married Keely in 2001 — the same year he was named PEOPLE's Sexiest Man Alive. Keely told PEOPLE that year she found her husband “captivating” when they first met in 1994 in Mexico, when she was an entertainment correspondent for Entertainment Tonight and Today. “Tall, dark and handsome–everything that everybody would immediately be attracted to. He had this mischievous sparkle in his eyes. I thought, ‘Wow! Wow!'”

“Watching someone grow up with you and grow old with you is a very spiritual journey," the Mamma Mia! star told Fox News in December, reflecting on his marriage.

"We like each other a lot. We love each other a lot," he added. "And we've been down the road, and we've seen many, many hardships as families do, as we all do."
