Prince Charles and Camilla show off their dance moves at Ghana State Dinner

The Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall showed off their dance moves during a lavish State Dinner in Accra, Ghana, on their royal tour.

Charles and Camilla took to the dance floor with Ghanaian President Nana Akufo-Addo and First Lady Rebecca Akufo-Addo.

The Duchess of Cornwall put on a glamorous display in a pale pink Anna Valentine gown and her Van Cleef & Arpels Snowflake earrings and pendant necklace, while her husband sported a black tux.

The couple follow in the footsteps of the Queen, who danced with the former President of Ghana, Kwame Nkrumah on a State Visit to the country in 1961.

And it’s not the first time, we’ve seen some of Charles’ smooth moves on their nine-day royal tour. The Prince of Wales joined in with traditional Ghanaian dancers, who celebrated the royal’s arrival with a cultural display.

Charles was also presented with the Companion of the order of the star of Ghana, honorary division, by The President.

During the evening, Edward Enninful, Editor in Chief of British Vogue, introduced a fashion show specifically designed to showcase Ghana’s world-leading role in fashion.

Three global designers each showcased three designs from the collections of: Ozwald Boateng O.B.E., Christie Brown, and Adrian Sauvage, alongside three up and coming Ghanaian designers.

The Prince and Duchess will travel to Nigeria for the final leg of their tour. During their visit, Their Royal Highnesses will undertake a series of engagements in Abuja and Lagos where they will have the opportunity to interact with a cross-section of Nigerians from Traditional Leaders to those in business, the arts, fashion, the armed forces and the charitable sector.

They were forced to cancel a trip to the city of Jos on the final day, due to escalating violence in the region.
