Happy July, Sagittarius. During June, business negotiations were graced with cosmic love, and you likely had the joy of saying, “I told you so,” when public opinion agreed with one of your long-held beliefs. This month, a full moon brings the potential for welcome financial news, and you're called to expand your signature Sagittarius knowledge by learning something new.

On Tuesday, July 2, the healing, dreamy planet Neptune goes retrograde in Pisces, affecting your 4th House of Home and Family. During this backward dance, which lasts through December (so it will be much more subtle than a Mercury retrograde), you can expect to reevaluate what makes you feel safe, in addition to putting effort into making your living space as cozy as possible. There's nothing wrong with using Neptune retrograde in your 4th House as an excuse to upgrade your bedding. Also, on Tuesday, July 2, the messenger planet Mercury moves into your philosophical 9th House, so the stars foresee you being in a reflective mood around this date.

If you're partnered, hooking up with someone, or just obsessed with your sex toys, you may find yourself curious about exploring kink during the new moon in Cancer on Friday, July 5. New moons represent new beginnings, and with this one illuminating your sexy 8th House, it's a lovely time to find new ways to express your sexuality. If this doesn't speak to you, know that this lunation is also great for low-key makeovers, like switching up your hair color or treating yourself to a manicure.

You'll feel rather wise and perhaps get another cosmic reminder that you're often right when Pallas, the asteroid of wisdom, ends its retrograde and goes direct in your heady 12th House on Tuesday, July 9. The intellectual vibes continue when lover Venus moves into your philosophical 9th House on Thursday, July 11. If you're single, you may be charmed by a potential lover's political views, reading list, or ability to hold a witty conversation during a first date. Additionally, your own intellectual charm will be at an all-time high. It's a great time to actually fall in love with someone's personality.

Any new romances or budding friendships will get a cosmic push when fiery Mars moves into flirty Gemini, activating your 7th House of Partnership on Saturday, July 20. This transit could also reinject passion into any stagnant long-term relationships, perhaps where the love is still there, but some of the passion is burnt out.

While we're often advised to take it easy during full moons, this one could actually be a lot of fun, Sagittarius.

Around the same time, on Sunday, July 21, there's a full moon in ambitious Capricorn that lights up your 2nd House of Possessions. Because full moons are times of manifestation, this could indeed mean that you receive welcome financial news; however, in our economy, it's impossible to promise that, even when the stars align in your favor. But there's no reason not to hope. On that same day, Sunday, July 21, Venus creates a sextile with your abundant ruling planet, Jupiter, making you even more charismatic and adored. So, while we're often advised to take it easy during full moons, this one could actually be a lot of fun, Sagittarius.

When social Leo season begins on Monday, July 22, the sun lights up your philosophical 9th House, which already got some love from the pretty planet Venus this month. The next few weeks are lovely for picking up a hobby you've had on your mind, learning a new language, and visiting museums. Places of prestige are in order, whether it's for a professional accomplishment or just a great party, as messenger Mercury moves into your 10th House of Social Status on Thursday, July 25.

The last thing to know about July, astrologically speaking, is that on Friday, July 26, Chiron, the wounded healer and the therapist of sorts of the zodiac, goes retrograde in Aries, affecting your 5th House of Pleasure. While retrogrades are often seen as a bad thing, this could actually help you heal any trauma surrounding pleasure and intimacy, helping you feel happier and more secure in all of your relationships. We'll see you in August.
