Salma Hayek is showing love for her style twin.

On Tuesday, the 56-year-old "Frida" actress took to Instagram with a set of photos paying tribute to a fellow Hispanic Hollywood star, 48-year-old Penélope Cruz, dubbing her a "style sister."

In the post, Hayek compared a recent photo of herself posing at a charity event organized by the Kering Foundation, a charity focused on fighting violence against women, to a similar photo of Cruz. In the side-by-side, Hayek wore a black strapless Gucci gown with a feather shrug and a sheer skirt, paired with a soft glam makeup look and elegant up-do. In the other shot, Cruz wore an arguably similar dress and hairstyle.

"Penélope may not be my twin but she is my style sister," Hayek captioned the photos for her more than 21 million followers.

Her post quickly garnered praise from fans who applauded Hayek for sharing her style inspiration and championing other actresses.

"Women supporting women. Love to see it. You're both so stunning!" one fan commented, while another wrote, "Two style queens!"

"Stunning as always," added another.

"Queens," one person echoed.

A fan chimed in dubbing Hayek and Cruz "the two most beautiful and stylish actresses!"

"Both of you are so beautiful," another wrote.

Having Cruz as a style inspiration certainly pays off for Hayek. Back in March, fans swooned over Hayek's red carpet elegance, in spite of a subtle wardrobe malfunction that she gracefully laughed off.

While attending the British Academy Film Awards for her role in the film "House of Gucci," a gust of wind blew open the actress's dress to expose a lace lining at her thigh.

Hayek took to Instagram shortly afterward to poke fun at herself by sharing side-by-side photos from the event of the wardrobe malfunction in action, jokingly drawing attention to her cleavage instead.

"Sometimes in an effort to cover something other things show up more," she wrote.

Fans responded to Hayek's post, assuring her that the mishap was mild and that her dress was "stunning" nonetheless.

"Stunning dress regardless. So beautiful," someone penned.

"OMG, this isn't even a malfunction, don't even sweat it," another person commented. "You just have big boobs and you're wearing a low-cut dress. That's not a crime and certainly not worth all the buzz it's getting. It's 2022! Cleavage is not a big deal at all. You look beautiful, Salma!"

"Your purple dress is beautiful. Don't bother covering up anything. The people who love you are going to love no matter what you wear!" one fan wrote.

"Love the dress. You look amazing!" added another.
