Sangita Patel shares 'beautiful' photos from her tropical vacation: 'Looks like fun!'
Sangita Patel is taking some well-deserved time off.
Over the weekend, the "ET Canada" host took to Instagram to share a series of photos from her relaxing vacation in Mexico.
The television personality just wrapped up her holiday with her husband, Sam Patel, at Haven Resorts in Cancún.
In the first snap, the 43-year-old stood on the beach in a blue and beige bikini, which showed off her flat abs.
In the remaining snaps, the mother-of-two shared photos of the food and drinks she enjoyed in paradise — such as mouthwatering tacos and crème brûlée — as well as images of her lounging at the pool and a loved-up selfie with her husband.
In the caption, Patel opened up about what she did on holiday, and reminded fans to "let it go" and relax.
"Exhale. Last few days with my best friend — I cried a little, I talked a lot, laughed a lot, stressed a little and smiled. Oh and cursed a lot! S—, I really have a potty mouth, thanks to Samuel L. Jackson teaching me how to say MF," she penned alongside the laughing emoji for her 145,000 followers. "Effin let it go…found some inner peace."
"Happy Saturday, I hope to bring back the warm weather," she added.
In the comments, fans thanked the Toronto, Ont.-native for taking time for herself.
"Yes enjoy Sangita! Looks like fun! You deserve this time off and to relax!" commented a follower.
"1. Please do bring back the warm weather 2. Also some of those tacos!" shared someone else alongside the laughing emoji.
"You’re my everyday motivation to workout and be my better self," penned a fan.
"These photos are so beautiful!" added another. "And I love your strong abs, you're fire!'
Patel often shows fans her vigorous workout regime on social media, and recently, she nailed an impressive ab challenge that involved a series of core-quaking leg raises.
In the video showing off the challenge, Patel hung by her arms on a Smith machine before lifting her legs in a variety of directions inside her newly-built home gym — all with a smile on her face.
"Ten, nine, eight, done! I did this core workout five times in a row," she captioned the post. "Nope, I did not enjoy it, but my abs were sore the next day. Adding it to my core workout. I will be cursing a lot!"
