In the clip, the Guelph, Ont.-native began by posing with her hands on her hips. She stared at the camera and pursed her lips in a white T-shirt and black underwear.
"What I see when I see my body," the social media star wrote as on-screen text.
The video then transitioned to show photos of each of her four children — Maya, Jemma, Boden and Lemmie — to explain to fans how grateful she is that her body gave her four healthy kids.
On the screen, Landry further encouraged her followers to see the "beauty" and capability of their bodies.
"The ask is...stretch, grow, birth, bleed, nurse, lose sleep, and make it look like nothing happened at all. But no. Let them see. Let them know this is the beauty of the afterglow," the mother-of-four penned.
"Let them see," she added in the caption alongside the twinkling star emoji.
In the comments, fans thanked the influencer for the inspiring reminder.
"The best video you have ever posted. Love you. We need your voice," commented a follower.
"This is so beautiful. So powerful. So important!" wrote another with the red heart emoji.
"Obsessed with this," shared someone else.
"Love the realness, love the confidence. Got goosebumps watching this. Such an incredible message and you are absolutely beautiful," penned a fan.
In a series of unedited photos that showed off her stretch marks and cellulite, Landry urged her fans to focus on being present and accept their changing bodies.
"I’ll be honest, I didn’t expect my body to look like it just gave birth one-and-a-half years after it did. But that is the reality," she wrote in the caption. "You know what else is a reality? Being loved by a partner fully. Being completely present with my children. Summer vacations on the horizon. A career. Fulfilling friendships. Loving family. A nourished body. Movement that feels good for the soul. Healing. Rest. Reflection and joy."
