Selena Gomez Is Being Dragged for Singing Off-Key at the AMAs and It’s a Huge Bummer
Selena Gomez is being accused of singing off-key at the AMAs during her performance of “Lose You to Love Me,” which is rumored to be about Justin Bieber.
FYI, Selena’s literal song lyrics mention singing off-key, so...maybe this was intentional!
Selena Gomez kicked off the American Music Awards, performing not one but two songs. Now, people on Twitter are convinced Selena was singing completely off-key for the duration of her new single “Lose You to Love Me.”
To be fair, the lyrics to this song do mention singing off-key: “You promised the world and I fell for it / I put you first and you adored it / Set fires to my forest / And you let it burn / Sang off-key in my chorus / ’Cause it wasn’t yours.”

Okay, so a lot of people think Selena was singing off-key—that much is clear. But some folks out there think it could also be the fault of the sound people:
