I have designer taste and a secondhand budget (listen, my rent is almost $2000 a month and that eats up a lot of my paycheck) so even though I love luxurious things, I typically consider myself more of a highly-invested window shopper. Cettire is an online-only luxury fashion website that sells all of your favorite designers (no, really, they have over 1300 high-end brands to browse). Think of it like Net-a-Porter or Revolve, except they're known for offering big, big, big markdowns on luxury goods. Oh, and it’s not just ultra-fancy stuff, although there’s a lot of that—you can also shop Birkenstocks, Melissa jelly shoes, Puma sneakers, New Balances, Salomons, Vejas, and more at often-discounted prices.

Is Cettire legit? How do they offer such low prices?
Let's talk about the elephant in the room—those massive discounts. Like, that Maison Margiela Logo ring (so chic, by the way) that’s on their site for $355? Yeah, it’s $191 on Cettire. Or this cute Versace One-Piece Swimsuit that’s going for (brace yourself) $750 at department stores? Just $423 on Cettire.
So, what's the catch? Are these affordable designer bags actually dupes? Fakes? Replicas? Nope, not at all. I did some digging and it turns out everything is totally legitimate. Put simply, Cettire uses a dropshipping model, which means the company doesn't actually hold any physical inventory in a warehouse. Whatever you buy gets shipped directly from the brand or third-party supplier, which allows them to cut down on business costs and therefore be able to consistently offer discounts on even their priciest items. Pretty clever, huh?
