While all eyes were on the Oscar red carpet, this stunning look from Selma Blair at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party is one you definitely don’t want to miss.

The 46-year-old, who announced late last year that she had been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, wore a gorgeous black, pink and lilac gown complete with a cape.

Her cane, which she now uses to assist with her mobility, got some customized bling ahead of its public debut, including her initials and a real diamond.

It’s the first time Blair has made a red carpet appearance since her diagnosis, and it proved to be an emotional experience for the actress.

Social media was quick to gush about her glowing look:

Blair opened up about her diagnosis in a lengthy Instagram post this past October.

“I am disabled,” she posted. “I fall sometimes. I drop things. My memory is foggy. And my left side is asking for directions from a broken gps. But we are doing it . And I laugh and I don’t know exactly what I will do precisely but I will do my best.”

Selma – we definitely think this look from you tonight is your “best!”
