Shay Mitchell is getting candid about the realities of being in her third trimester of pregnancy.

The 34-year-old took to Instagram on Wednesday to share an all-too-real update about what it's like to be pregnant. The "You" actress and her partner Matte Babel share a two-year-old daughter, Atlas, and are expecting their second baby in the coming months.

"I never appreciated a couch in a store...until my third trimester," Mitchell captioned a photo of herself in a mask, sunglasses and sweatpants, sitting on a couch, baring her baby bump.

The "Pretty Little Liars" star's post was met with supportive messages from fans and praise for her transparency.

"I felt this in my soul," one Instagram user commented.

Another person thanked Mitchell for keeping it real with her fans and showcasing the real and often exhausting moments of pregnancy.

"Thank you for sharing this, Shay! Pregnancy isn't as glamorous as celebrities normally make it look," they wrote. "The reality is sh-t like this: Needing to take a seat in the middle of running errands/shopping. Don't forget needing to pee every five minutes and having brutally swollen ankles (I see you got comfy shoes on as well). Beautiful as always!"

"This is hilarious! Thanks for keeping it real, Shay," another added.

"Yes, girl! When I was in my third trimester, I went walking around IKEA and stopped to sit on all the couches and beds," someone else chimed in.

In February, Mitchell announced her second pregnancy. The Béis founder shared a series of stunning maternity photos showing off her growing baby bump, not long after the passing of her grandmother.

"Saying goodbye to a loved one while simultaneously experiencing the joy of welcoming another into this world is the great cycle of life. It is also my most challenging season to date," she wrote. "I can’t help but think this was the universe’s plan all along, knowing I would need otherworldly joy to cushion the blow of losing one of the most important people in my life."

"Yet, this is proof that love, life, and loss can profoundly exist all at the same time. Gram, I miss you every day," she said. "Little one, we are so excited to meet you. I breathe a sigh of peace knowing you two are already connected in such a cosmic way."
