2 ounces whole or 2% milk
1/2 cup powdered hot chocolate mix

Instructions

Place 2 coupe glasses in the freezer or refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
Place 2 cups ice, 3 ounces chocolate liqueur, 3 ounces Baileys, 2 ounces whole milk, and 1/2 cup powdered hot chocolate mix in a blender. Blend on high speed until completely smooth, about 1 minute.
Divide the frozen hot chocolate between the 2 glasses. Top with whipped cream and dark chocolate shavings if desired.
