(Instagram/ryanlochte) Looks like Ryan Lochte is “Rio ready.” The 31-year-old U.S. swimmer (who celebrates his 32nd birthday on Wednesday) and 11-time Olympic medalist posted a picture on Instagram Monday showing off his new icy blue locks.
