Remember last week when the internet was convinced Taylor Swift would be announcing Reputation (Taylor's Version) during her first Miami show on 18 October? Yeah, that didn't happen. But Taylor *did* debut several brand new outfits for the Eras Tour's final chapter, including a new bodysuit from Roberto Cavalli, worn during the section of the concert where she performs Reputation.

Notice anything sssspecific? The custom couture look consists of the same asymmetrical black catsuit silhouette but, where the previous 'fit featured red embroidered snakes, this updated iteration features gold three-dimensional embroidered snake motifs winding from top to bottom. The snakes are fully articulated with gold baguettes, black bezels and crystal stone accents for added glamour, with Taylor's black combat boots even getting embellishment, too.

What's more, while Taylor's Rep bodysuit has always featured a snake pattern, this new one has the profile of a cobra facing upwards and with an open mouth, whereas the old one was simply this vibe:

Why is this relevant, you ask? Um, mostly because it's a direct callback to Karyn, the inflatable snake Taylor debuted during her Reputation era. Here she is RISING during the AMAs in 2018, just as a fun lil' memory:

Anyway, fans have obviously clocked the return of Karyn (see below). But as for what it all means: truly couldn't tell you. I mean, it seems safe to assume a Rep TV announcement is around the corner, however we've been burned before. And before. And before that, too.

One thing is for sure, this isn't the first time Taylor has embedded Easter eggs in her clothing. From her 2024 Grammys outfit to her red thigh-high boots and most recently her UFO-inspired VMAS after-party dress, we love reading into each and every little detail of a look.

As for this latest clue, the jumpsuit wasn't the only new 'fit debuted at the show. Tay also wore a new Fearless dress, again created by Roberto Cavalli. The bustier mini dress with a playful fringed trim was embellished entirely with stones in a sequins a gorgeous light sapphire and aurora borealis colourway.

These new looks have us *wishing* we could go to the Eras tour again. Alas, we'll just have to settle for streaming it instead.
