'I think they're beaut!': Perrie Edwards proudly displays stomach scar on vacation
British pop singer Perrie Edwards is baring all and embracing her scars in a new topless Instagram post.
The singer recently hit the 8 million follower mark on Instagram and celebrated by sharing some sultry snaps from her beach vacation in Mykonos, Greece.
The Little Mix songstress posted a sexy makeup free snap and showed off a scar on her chest with the caption, “Mermaids have freckles and scars too…embrace them! I think they’re beaut!”

However, Edwards hasn’t always been comfortable showing her scar. In 2012, she gave an interview with a U.K. magazine, Heat, in which she admitted it was her least favourite thing about her body.
“When I was little, my esophagus was too small, so I had to get it operated on to help me eat properly,” Edwards revealed. “I had to have lots of operations, so that’s why I don’t want to show it.”
Thankfully, times have changed and the now 24-year-old is embracing her body and all of its so-called “imperfections.”
The “Shout Out to My Ex” singer has come a long way in turning her insecurities into inspiration for the millions of fans who love her.
